Well hello again! Today I am just going to share what I had for breakfast. If you want me to do more things like this, then just let me know! Let’s get started!
I first started my morning off with a fruit salad that had grapes, strawberries, and pears. Yum!
After about an hour of relaxing, I went on to start my smoothie!
For today’s, I used spinach as my base along with, frozen mango, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, strawberries, and grapes. I threw in about 1/2 a tsp of honey, along with a dash of cinnamon, and about a 1/4 cup of chia seeds. Obviously add the desired amount of water, I like all of my ingredients to be covered so it has more of a juice-like texture.
This is such a gorgeous juice, and it helps keep you hydrated, healthy, and HAPPY!😁
For the rest of my breakfast, I had a bowl of plain oatmeal with some cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice. I also had a bowl of cashews and sunflower seeds.
