Hey guys! I wanted to do a “What I Eat” post because these are my absolute favorite videos to watch and posts to read! Obviously this is all going to be vegan and sooo yummy!
For breakfast I just had a couple bowls of the Cascadian Farms Cinnamon Crunch cereal with the Califa farms unsweetened almond milk.
Also, thought I would throw in an outfit of the day! My shirt is a Pittsburgh Penguins “vintage” tee, stolen from my brother. Jeans were only $13 from Ross! And my little yellow sneakers are from Old Navy a couple of years ago.
After running some errands, I had one of the So Delicious almond and coconut icecream bars. These are so magical, I cannot even handle it.
For a snack before a HUGE dinner, I had a carton of raspberries and about 1/4 of this sweet tea.
For dinner, I had this GIGANTIC bowl of goodness! It has wild rice, potatoes, black beans and corn, kale salad, red cabbage, tomatoes, salsa verde, avocados, and a bunch of olives to top it off. This was so delicious, colorful, and filling!
I went out to dinner for my friend’s birthday and had these super yummy taro chips. I was mainly just snacking because I was so full of my burrito bowl.
Some of my wonderful friends♥ Also, my shirt is from H&M, jeans are the same as before, and my shoes are a pair of wedges from Shoe Carnival. I kept the makeup super simple, and I just tossed my hair in a low bun.
