MY FAVORITE TED TALKS

Hey guys! I wanted to share some of my favorite Ted Talks today. There are so many all covering different topics… I love learning and opening my mind to different opinions and viewpoints, and Ted Talks have really helped me do that!

  1. This first one is by Julian Treasure. I listened to this one for the first time in high school, and it really stuck with me. Be all there for people.              https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eIho2S0ZahI
  2. Amy Cuddy’s talk about body language has also really helped me to become more confident in my interactions.                                                  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ks-_Mh1QhMc
  3. Brene Brown is definitely one of my favorite speakers. She has helped guide me to the true power of vulnerability. The true power of being completely in every moment, allowing myself to feel every emotion.      https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iCvmsMzlF7o&t=14s
  4. I love this one by Caroline McHugh… I guarantee it will help you if you struggle with self confidence/love. It has really shaped my outlook on sooo many aspects of life.                                                                                       https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=veEQQ-N9xWU
  5. Tracy McMillan completely blew me away with this one… She is so vulnerable and really just shares her journey to self love story. Incredibly moving. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P3fIZuW9P_M

I hope that you guys liked this post! It’s a bit different than my usual posts, but I really want to start sharing things like this. I want to help you become your true self.
